If you’re looking for a wonderful ride on a safe, surefooted mount that will turn every head on the trail, then this mare is for you! People fawn over her wherever we go! Diva is a very special girl…she’s not only drop-dead gorgeous but she has a sweet, willing disposition and a super smooth, showy gait. I raised her from birth and have put hundreds of trail miles on her in Colorado, Missouri, Illinois and Arkansas. She has been exposed to just about every obstacle or hazard on the trail and takes it in stride with a calm, sensible nature. She has been in two parades, a local horse show(1st place in men’s Gaited pleasure), and has no problem with water crossings, mud, bridges, trains, traffic, tunnels, tarps, saddlebags, wagons, dogs, moose, longhorn cattle, llamas, etc. My 88-year-old mother rode her quite a bit when she was just a 3-year-old so she was gentle from the get go. Diva has had extensive training and will side-pass, back, turn on her haunches and forehand, park out for mounting, tie for hours, and lay down on command, with or without her saddle on. She has perfect ground manners and will stand still for bathing, clipping, shoeing, mounting, inoculations, worming, and also load willingly into any type of trailer. Diva is definitely a people horse…she’s always the first one to come up for some love and attention. I really hate to see her go but I need to cut down on my herd of six horses and I think Diva deserves to be someone’s special girl.
