Description: Fox is an exceptional boy, I’ve seen a lot of show horses who wouldn’t make it ten feet down a mountain trail or into 3 feet of water. But Fox is definitely the exception to the rule, he will make you a great Saturday night date to any horse show and don’t be surprised if you win and then take you down the scariest trails the next day. He is confident in the mountains and fearless in the show ring. He is Dark gold in the spring after he sheds out and woolly in the winter if allowed to run out. He’s sociable with other horses and even cows, doesn’t mind dogs, tolerates cats. As far as winning goes he has the ribbons to back up the brag, he was a Reserve World Champion and a World Champion. He has a great flat foot walk, wonderful fox trot, we haven’t canter him much because of his age, but what little we have done he was very nice. As a boy who has done most everything you can expect him to stand to be mounted, shod, clipped, loads easily in a trailer and has wonderful ground manners. He has been ridden by a variety of people, including a young lady on the trails, His pedigree reads like Who’s Who of the Fox Trotter World.
