Queen is an absolute beautiful chocolate flax mane and tail mare, standing 15-15.1hh and she is 9 years old and registered Pleasure Saddle horse.
If your looking for a “Baby Bear’s soup” type horse… you know one that is not too hot but not too cold… but has that just right temperament? You have found her!!! Queen is a very safe, laid back girl that is content to walk on a loose rein or as you can see in our video, walking with out a bridle on and just a rein around her neck. She is never in a hurry, just moseys along and enjoys the scenery. But when you want to move out and go? You don’t have to tell her twice, she will move out easily in about a classic Rocky Mountain 4-beat gait that is as smooth as silk!!! She is very comfortable to ride and gaits smoothly for any rider. She will gait out but slows right back down as soon as you ask her and doesn’t raise a fuss.
Queen is great on trails and will cross creeks, ditches and logs. She is very traffic safe around log or semi trucks, even when the air horns blow as you can see in our video! She is also safe around gun fire, tarps, whips, trash cans, noisy water bottles and will ride anywhere that she is asked to go.
Queen has been on numerous camping trips and has been ridden in multiple states. She has been ridden by adults and ridden by 3 and even 4 kids at a time bareback around the farm.
She is no trouble to work with in any form or fashion and is not Mariah acting when riding or in the pasture. She also hauls quietly beside other horses.
Family Safe?
Beauty and brains?
Smooth 4-beat gait?
Experienced?
Traffic safe?
Gun Safe?
Air horn safe?
Virtually bombproof?
Queen is one that you will not be disappointed in and one that you will love more and more every day! She has it all!!!
